CANCELLATION POLICY: Your appointments are very important to Know Your Roots Color Studio. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request a 24-hour notice for cancellations. This allows other clients to book an appointment during this time. No Shows: If you do not show up to an appointment or don't call about your appointment. You will no longer be able to book appointments with us. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen, and people get sick. We will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions. Our scheduling program records these occurances to prevent abuse of this policy. Thank you for your understanding!
